No, absolutely not. To maintain the friendly atmosphere of the moment, no cash transactions are required. You have already paid for your order through the Bon Aptea platform, and we take care of transferring the amount to the restaurateur once they have hosted you.

Of course, but the earlier, the better. To avoid penalizing the restaurateur, we have established that a cancellation is fully refunded up to 36 hours before the scheduled appointment date, minus the 15% service fees, which remain acquired by Bon Aptea. Between 36 hours and more than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be refunded half of the total amount paid, minus the 15% service fees, which remain acquired by Bon Aptea. However, within 24 hours before the gathering, no refund will be issued, as the restaurateur has likely already purchased ingredients for cooking, which may go to waste.

Absolutely! Out of respect for the work you have put in and the expenses incurred, we have established that a cancellation occurring 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment entitles you to full compensation. If the cancellation occurs less than 36 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be compensated at 50%. However, if the guest cancels more than 36 hours before the appointment time, there will be no compensation, as you should not yet have purchased ingredients to prepare the meal, and you still have the opportunity to book another gathering during the same period.

Don’t worry, you will be refunded the full amount you paid. However, we sincerely regret that you will need to find another place to dine and that you may be left hungry in the meantime. We suggest leaving a comment about the restaurateur on the platform.

We deeply regret this situation; it’s truly unfortunate, and we wish it would NEVER happen! Please know that you will be paid the full amount owed to you, as if your guest had enjoyed your meal. We suggest leaving a comment about the guest on the platform and trying to find other guests to avoid wasting your meal (family, neighbors, friends, etc.).
